Palestinians perform Friday prayers on agricultural land threatened by illegal Israeli settlers

Dozens of Palestinians performed Friday prayers on agricultural land threatened by illegal Israeli settlers in the southern city of Hebron in the occupied West Bank.

The Israeli army reportedly tried to block dozens of Palestinians from accessing their farmland after declaring the area a “closed military zone.”
Despite the restrictions, Palestinians managed to reach parts of their land, where they held Friday prayers to demonstrate their attachment to their property and reject attempts to confiscate it.

The area has witnessed an increase in attacks over the past three months by Israeli settlers from the illegal “Adora” settlement, which was built on Palestinian land.
