The UK Court of Appeal has ruled the government was right to ban Palestine Action as a terrorist organisation. Five of Britain’s most senior judges overturned an earlier ruling that found the move unlawful, leaving the direct-action group proscribed under terrorism laws. It means hundreds of people arrested for showing support for Palestine Action could now face prosecution, and potentially up to 14 years in prison. TRT World’s Joel Flynn has more.
