Illegal Israeli settlers set fire to a mosque during a raid on the village of Jiljilya, in Ramallah, in the occupied West Bank, causing significant damage. The arson attack comes after a similar incident took place on June 15, when illegal Israeli settlers attempted to burn a mosque while worshippers were inside. These attacks come as part of a state-backed campaign of violence against Palestinians in the occupied West Bank to terrorise and forcibly displace communities and expand Israeli occupation of Palestinian land.
