Chung Biu Yuen and Chi Leung Wai are to be sentenced at the Old Bailey for offences under the National Security Act.
The former UK Border Force official and ex-Hong Kong policeman carried out surveillance in the UK on behalf of Chinese authorities in relation to Hong Kong pro-democracy campaigners claiming asylum in the UK. Wai is also sentenced for misconduct in a public office.
