Israel’s military says it has lifted all remaining restrictions on communities near the Lebanon border, as the ceasefire with Hezbollah appears to be holding. The Home Front Command says limits on public gatherings have been removed, in a sign that the calm is holding. But residents of northern Israel remain unconvinced.
