A new UN Commission of Inquiry report says Israeli authorities and security forces have deliberately targeted Palestinian children in Gaza, amounting to genocide, crimes against humanity, and war crimes.
According to the report, children have been shot in vital organs with precision weapons, including quadcopter drones and sniper fire, while high-impact strikes have hit homes, schools, and displacement camps packed with children.
The report says the systematic killing and traumatisation of children is key evidence of genocidal intent, with Gaza’s youngest continuing to bear the heaviest toll.
