Venezuela’s Deputy Foreign Minister for Europe and North America, Oliver Blanco, told reporters. His comments came after the first shipments of humanitarian aid from Türkiye arrived in the country. In addition to supporting international search, rescue and relief deployments, the Turkish Cooperation and Coordination Agency (TIKA) delivered nearly 1,000 humanitarian aid packages to earthquake survivors.
