The Ukrainian Air Force says a serious shortage of interceptor missiles meant none of the 23 Russian ballistic missiles fired at Kiev on Sunday night were shot down. At least 20 people were killed and dozens injured. The country’s President – Volodymyr Zelenskyy – is calling on allies to make strong decisions at this week’s Nato leaders’ summit in Ankara when it comes to helping Ukraine defend itself.
