Israeli forces demolish two Palestinian homes in Hebron, in the occupied West Bank, on 7 July, citing a "lack of authorisation." One Palestinian was arrested while protesting the demolition.
The demolitions carried out by Israel displace Palestinian families and threaten livelihoods, all in violation of international humanitarian law under the Fourth Geneva Convention.
According to the Palestinian Colonization and Wall Resistance Commission, Israeli authorities carried out 341 demolition operations in the first half of 2026 alone, destroying 740 structures and displacing hundreds of residents.
