Attacks in Strait of Hormuz persist despite US-Iran MoU

The Memorandum of Understanding signed by the US and Iran last month pledged to reopen the long-blocked Strait of Hormuz. Since then, however, several flare-ups have raised fresh doubts about the framework agreement, with the US President questioning at the Nato summit in Ankara whether the ceasefire is even still in place.
