Türkiye’s Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan has arrived in Kiev for high-level talks with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy and senior officials. The visit follows the Nato summit in Ankara and is expected to focus on Black Sea security, bilateral cooperation and Türkiye’s ongoing diplomatic engagement in the war between Russia and Ukraine.
