Surveillance footage released by Ukrainian prosecutors shows a person placing an object at the entrance of a building before an explosion injured Ukrainian tycoon Vadym Yermolaiev and his family in Monaco, while the suspect was shot dead by the police.
The footage was reportedly recorded by a CCTV camera installed by the suspects to confirm the attack. Although the video had been deleted, Ukrainian investigators were able to recover it
