Russian prison authorities intercepted a cat used to smuggle drugs into a correctional facility in the Nizhny Novgorod region on July 21. Officers at Correctional Colony No. 17 found two homemade fabric collars containing narcotics attached to the animal. After the drugs were confiscated, the cat was given a health check and released.
