There’s a warning the UK could end up facing winters as cold as -20 degrees in the UK.
Scientists in Greenland have been assessing the impact that melting icebergs are having on slowing down the Atlantic Meridional Overturning Circulation (AMOC), a current which helps to keep our climate under control.
This could lead to freezing winters across Europe, an increase in tropical heat and drought, and accelerate the melting of Antartica.
