In addition to police force, India’s govt is using electronic means to combat protests | DW News

Authorities in the Indian capital have responded to the ‘Cockroach’ protests with physical force from police units. But they are also using electronic means, including internet shut-downs and mass video surveillance. Mishi Choudhary is a technology lawyer and online civil liberties activist in New Delhi.
