A driver crashed into a vehicle pulled over during a traffic stop in Texas, injuring at least one person and narrowly missing a police officer, authorities said.
The El Paso Police Department released body camera footage on August 1 showing the crash on Interstate 10 in El Paso, which occurred on July 25
