A video released by the Kherson Regional Military Administration on August 4 shows a drone hovering in front of a man in Kherson, southern Ukraine, before detonating nearby. The 52-year-old man from the Mykolaiv region survived with blast injuries, shrapnel wounds and a concussion. Ukrainian authorities said the drone deliberately targeted a civilian. Russia has repeatedly denied intentionally targeting civilians.
