An air ambulance landed in Trafalgar Square in central London on August 5 after four men were stabbed in what police described as a “mental health related incident.” A woman in her 40s was arrested on suspicion of possession of an offensive weapon and assault. Officers seized a pair of scissors at the scene. The four men were treated at the scene before being taken to hospital.
