Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan met with Libyan Prime Minister Abdulhamid Dbeibeh in Tripoli on Tuesday, according to Turkish diplomatic sources.
Fidan was received by Dbeibeh, who heads Libya’s Government of National Unity.
