US policeman filmed punching 18-year-old Black woman

“I need to call my mama!”
A US police officer was filmed punching an unarmed 18-year-old Black woman who was arrested for speeding.

Exclusive footage published on NEA Report shows Alisa Hackett being taken to the ground and hit by the officer during her arrest.

Hackett says she has filed a civil rights lawsuit alleging excessive force and violations of her First and Fourth Amendment rights.

She has chosen Ben Crump, the attorney who represented the families of George Floyd, Breonna Taylor, and Ahmaud Arbery, to represent her.

Police say Hackett was arrested for refusing to submit to arrest, possession of alcohol, speeding, failure to wear a seat belt, improper display of a license plate, and violating restrictions on vehicle lamps.
