Neither meetings yielded a breakthrough: Hamas says it wants Israel to leave Gaza as a condition for laying down its weapons. Netanyahu says he will only start to withdraw troops once Hamas disarms. We spoke to Middle East expert Fawaz Gerges about the impasse.
