President Trump’s Middle East envoy, Jared Kushner, has held lengthy talks with the Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, but there appears to have been no breakthrough in the search for peace in Gaza. Mr Netanyahu’s office has, however, described the discussions as deep and constructive.
