An inmate serving a sentence for manslaughter has told Sky News "everybody" is talking about early prisoner release inside jail, as he awaits a decision on whether he’ll be excluded from the policy.
It comes ahead of an expected announcement from the government this week on how they’ll exempt PC Andrew Harper’s killers.
