People whose loved ones have been killed have sent a letter to the Justice Secretary, calling for anyone convicted of manslaughter to be excluded from the prisoner early release scheme.
The letter has been signed by 30 families, including Emma Webber, the mother of Barnaby Webber, who was killed by Valdo Calocane in Nottingham in 2023.
