German government blames Russia for Leipzig drone attack | DW News

The German government formally blamed Russia for an incident involving an explosive-laden drone at a strategic airport last month.
Foreign Minister Johann Wadephul and Interior Minister Alexander Dobrindt held a press conference in which they accused a Russian intelligence service of being behind the drone incident at Leipzig airport on the night of August 4-5. After outlining Germany’s response to the hybrid warfare, Dobrindt added that Germany is "not at war" with Russia.
Russia will respond to Germany’s "anti-Russian actions," Foreign ‌Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said on Tuesday, according to Interfax news agency.
