The UK will announce a "comprehensive set of measures" targeting illegal Israeli settlement expansion in the occupied West Bank in the coming weeks, Foreign Secretary Ed Miliband tells the House of Commons on 1 September.
Miliband warns that Israel’s E1 settlement project risks making a viable Palestinian state impossible, condemning settler violence and vowing the UK will not "acquiesce in the destruction of the two-state solution."
