Russians could find it more difficult to travel to the EU after the bloc said it was considering visa restrictions. That’s in response to allegations Moscow is behind a recent attempt to blow up a Ukrainian cargo plane in Germany. Reports in German media say one of the two people involved in the attack travelled to the country using an Italian tourist visa. Paul Hawkins has more.
