At least 12 people have been killed in Israeli strikes on southern Lebanon. Two infants were among those killed in a residential building, while a paramedic was killed in a separate strike on a car. The attacks follow a series of deadly Israeli strikes in recent days, despite a ceasefire agreed in June. Joel Flynn reports.
