After a four-hour air traffic control outage, air travel in the UK was thrown into disarray.
Across two days, more than 2,100 flights were affected, with Heathrow (and British Airways) being the worst-hit.
The error seemed to occur in the flight-processing system of NATS, which runs air traffic management at 15 airports including Heathrow, Gatwick, Glasgow and Manchester.
It has led to some calling for the NATS chief, Martin Rolfe, to resign.
