A 15-year-old survived for about two days atop a capsized boat in Alaska’s Bering Sea before being rescued on September 7. His older brother and cousin, who had been fishing with him, were found dead. A US Coast Guard aircrew located the overturned vessel and dropped survival equipment before a nearby boat rescued the teenager, who was suffering from hypothermia.
