Almost 2 million people have been ordered to evacuate in Japan as a Typhoon Dujuan batters the country’s eastern coast. The evacuation orders cover six prefectures, while residents in Tokyo have been told to avoid basements due to flooding risk. Dujuan has been categorised as a "large scale" typhoon with gale force winds of more than 56 kilometer per hour, extending up to 800 kilometres from the eye of the storm.
