Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov arrived in New York to lead Moscow’s delegation at the 81st UN General Assembly High-Level Week. Lavrov is set to deliver an address to the General Assembly on September 26, and take part in over 20 international meetings at the summit. Key among his engagements is a scheduled meeting with US Secretary of State Marco Rubio.
