This is the moment BBC Correspondent Michael Buchanan caught up to a former medical director who refused to cooperate with a review into failings at Nottingham University Hospital NHS Trust which found that 155 babies may have survived with better care.
As part of her review, Donna Ockenden said 66 former and current senior NUH colleagues were approached, with only 35 interviewed. Keith Girling and other former executives failed to attend.
Girling replied "no comment" when questioned by the BBC about why he refused to speak to the Ockenden review.
