A number of properties in Whelford, Gloucestershire, have been evacuated following a major incident being declared. Counter-terror police are leading the investigation near RAF Fairford.
Several men have been arrested on suspicion of offences under the Explosives Act. A specialist ordnance disposal team has been at the scene.
