European diesel prices have hit record highs as wars continue in the Middle East and Ukraine. US President Donald Trump says he is considering a ban on diesel exports. Europe, which relies heavily on US diesel, warns that such a move could push fuel prices even higher and disrupt energy markets. TRT World’s Victoria Innes reports.
