Police in Kosovo have fired tear gas and water cannons at protesters outside the parliament in Pristina.
Demonstrators demand changes to curb the powers of a Hague-based war crimes court. Last month, the court sentenced former president Hashim Thaci to 25 years in prison and convicted three other former rebel commanders over crimes committed during and after the war with Serbia from 1998 to 1999.
