A woman who has accused the comedian Russell Brand of raping her has told a court she had "nightmares" that she might be pregnant after the alleged attack.
Brand is standing trial accused of seven offences against six women, dating from 1999 to 2009. They include rape, sexual assault and indecent assault.
He denies all the charges.
