At least 27 students and one teacher were killed when the roof of a school collapsed during classes in Peshawar, Pakistan, local authorities reported. Most of the victims were children under the age of 13. Security forces and emergency personnel rushed to the scene to pull victims from the rubble, with ambulances transporting injured students to nearby hospitals. Search and rescue operations remain underway, and officials fear the death toll could rise as clearing efforts continue.
