In another violation of the October 2025 ceasefire agreement, Israeli air strikes hit homes in the densely populated Maghazi refugee camp in central Gaza, where displaced Palestinians were sheltering, setting fires and damaging surrounding properties.
Residents said they had fled shortly before the attacks after Israeli forces issued evacuation warnings.
