A one-mile evacuation order was issued in north Toledo, Ohio, on October 20 after a leak of an unidentified hazardous chemical at a facility. Authorities closed roads and halted nearby rail traffic as residents of a mobile home park and neighbourhood left the area amid haze and a strong chemical smell. No injuries were reported.
