Democrats and Republicans head for key Michigan Senate vote

As Americans cast their votes in these midterm elections, which could have ramifications for the second half of Donald Trump’s presidency, around 10 key swing States are expected to see fierce battles between Republicans and Democrats. In the Senate, Republicans hold 53 seats, compared with 47 for the Democrats. 35 seats are in play. Democrats need to gain just four seats to secure a majority. One of the key battlegrounds is the State of Michigan. Kristina Simich explains.
