Former Senior British Military Intelligence Officer Phillip Ingram analysed the Russian authorities’ claim that Ukrainian drones hit a commercial building complex in Moscow early on Sunday. The Russian defence ministry called the strike an “attempted terrorist attack”. On the same day, Vladimir Putin made a speech at the Navy Day parade, which Mr Ingram said may have signalled the Russian leader’s worries about “what’s going on inside Ukraine”.
