This year will be one of big sporting tournaments, including the 2024 Paris Olympics. These Games will take place only three years after the previous edition, which was delayed by a year due to Covid. Now the athletes and fans are confidently looking forward to this event – one of the biggest on the sporting calendar – as Peter Franks reports.
