Those at fault for the Horizon Post Office scandal should “contribute” to compensation paid to victims, the energy secretary has told Sky News. Fujitsu was the technology company that developed the faulty Horizon software which made it look as though money was being removed from Post Office accounts. Claire Coutinho said she “would like to see whoever is at fault contribute” and will wait for the Independent Inquiry to report back. She said once there is “clear evidence” on who is accountable then “it is very important they contribute”.
