Western leaders denounce Putin’s ‘illegal’ election win as allies send congratulations • FRANCE 24

President Vladimir Putin won a fifth term in the Kremlin with 87.28 percent of votes, Russia’s electoral commission said Monday (March 18) , after a three-day ballot in which he ran against no real challengers. FRANCE 24’s former Moscow correspondent Nick Holdsworth tells us more.
