Inflation is falling – but are people still feeling the pinch?

The rate of inflation slowed sharply to an annual rate of 3.4% in February, according to official figures charting a big contribution from food costs. The data does not mean that overall prices are falling but rising at a slower pace than they were, now at a level well below the pace of wage increases which were last measured around 6%. Ed Conway is in Grimsby to find out if people still feel the pinch.
