Photos of French President Emmanuel Macron punching a boxing bag have raised eyebrows at an EU meeting in Brussels to discuss how to provide greater military aid to Ukraine, says France 24’s reporter Dave Keating, but are in keeping with his recent more bellicose stance on standing up to Russia.
