Ukraine had “no involvement whatsoever” in the massacre in a Moscow concert hall that killed more than 130 people, the White House said Sunday (March 24), after Russian President Vladimir Putin suggested a Kyiv connection. Kyiv has strongly denied any connection, with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky accusing Putin of trying to shift the blame onto them. FRANCE 24’s Douglas Herbert gives us his analysis.
