The death toll from Kenya floods reaches 228 as a cyclone approaches the coast

Floods have killed at least 228 people in Kenya and forced the evacuation of people living near dama and reservoirs to evacuate. Cyclone Hidaya is now weakening, but has left a trail of devastation. Grace Kuria Kanja reports.
