Manchester City boss Pep Guardiola says it will take something "exceptional" for his team to win a record fourth league title on the bounce.
City head to north London on Tuesday night where Spurs stand between them and the chance to claim a place in the history books.
A win for the Sky Blues will take the league title fight to the final day of the season on Sunday.
But a Spurs win would hand the advantage in the title race to their north London rivals Arsenal, who are a point ahead having played one game more. Tuesday’s match is Pep Guardiola’s game in hand.
Former Manchester United boss Alex Ferguson famously referred to the final run-in of the season against Arsenal in 2003 as "squeaky bum time".
Can Pep handle the pressure?
Jacquie Beltrao went to find out.
